Most smoker orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
Can I use my Bradley Smoker in cold weather?
Yes, Bradley Smokers are designed to maintain consistent temperatures in various climates. However, in extremely cold conditions, we recommend using a weather guard or a protected area to help the unit reach and maintain peak temperatures efficiently.
What is your return policy for accessories and parts?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused accessories and replacement parts in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
